Coast Beer Dinner This Thursday at Bohemian Bull

This Thursday at 7 pm, Bohemian Bull will host a Local Beer Dinner featuring Coast Brewing.

The event will feature a 4-course meal that will be with each brew. The menu is as follows:

• Welcome Brew
  • Kolsh 32/50
• First Course
  • House-made Bacon, Seared Scallop and Truffle Consumme
  • Paired with Smoked Rye Pale Ale
• Second Course
  • Ground Chicken Lettuce Wrap with Bean Sprouts, Fresh Chilis, Ground Peanuts and Cilantro
  • Paired with HopArt IPA
• Third Course
  • Roast Porchetta with Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Carrots, and Cipollini Onions with Roasting Jus
  • Paired with Carnie Fire Red Ale
• Fourth Course
  • Espresso Soaked Chocolate Cake with Cayenne Laced Ganache and Melty Ice Cream
  • Paired with Cask-Aged Blackbeerd Stout

Tickets are $55 and include tax and gratuity. Tickets can be purchased at Bohemian Bull, Coast Brewery, or online.
