Fish Restaurant Debuts Spring Menu
Chef Nico Romo recently updated Fish Restaurant’s menu to include some seasonal creations. The spring menu includes sustainable seafood and farm-grown produce from local sources.
Here’s a look at the new menu:
Dim Sum (four for $12)
- Tempura Fried Octopus with spicy ginger aioli
- Crab Gougère filled with Emmental
- Goat Cheese Panini with Bell’s local honey
- Pork Belly Fried Steam Bun with spicy apricot marmalade
Petite Plates
- Seafood Pizzetta with clams, cervelle de canut, crab, octopus, salmon eggs and smoked trout ($12)
- Flounder Dumpling, a classic French quenelle with crawfish sauce Nantua ($10)
- Tuna Tartare with cucumbers, peppers, shallots and chive crème fraîche ($12)
- Grilled Artichoke with Thai vinaigrette and red pepper aioli ($10)
Large Plates
- Trout with chopped haricot vert, quail egg, red onions, tomatoes, niçoise fingerling potatoes and caper brown butter sauce ($26)
- Vermillion Snapper with farro, spring pea mix & Asian pear and crawfish green curry ($26)
- Bouillabaisse with clams, mussels, shrimp, fish, octopus, haricot vert, peppers, noodles, coconut broth, baguette and red pepper aioli ($22)
- Duck & Waffle with spring pea waffles, sugar snap peas & Asian pear, toasted pecans, and sweet & sour strawberry glaze ($24)
- 72 Hour Short Ribs with ravioles de royans, sunchokes & asparagus and bordelaise sauce ($29)
