Caviar & Bananas to Launch Weekend Brunch Menu on Mother’s Day Weekend
Caviar & Bananas is celebrating Mother’s Day by launching an all-new Weekend Brunch menu. Beginning on May 9th, the menu will be available on Saturdays from 8 am to noon and Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm.
Some of the new offerings include:
- Weekend Fried Egg Sandwich
- Prosciutto, spinach and roasted tomato marmalade served on a housemade English muffin
 
 - Veggie & Eggs Benedict
- Vegetable-quinoa cake and herbed hollandaise, Sweet Potato & Kale Hash with poached eggs
 
 - Florentine Omelet
 - Lemon Oatmeal Pancakes with warm cherry compote
 - The Diner Plate
- Eggs, bacon and a homemade buttermilk biscuit
 
 - Crispy Chicken Buttermilk Biscuit with tasso gravy
 - B.E.L.T with a bacon duo, fried egg, and black pepper aioli.
