Revelry Brewing & Lewis Barbecue Prep New Beer

To complement John Lewis’s legendary barbecue, the pitmaster teamed up with the the guys at Revelry to create a limited-time beer called “Lean or Fat.” The brew is described as dry, crisp, and clean. It was made brewed with East Kent Goldings hops, which gives it a floral flavor with hints of citrus.

At just 4% ABV, the beer is very light and fresh. It should make for a perfect pairing to Lewis’s brisket and spicy Texas sausage.
