McCrady’s Hosts the Next Good Catch Dinner on Thursday
The next South Carolina Aquarium Good Catch Dinner will be held at McCrady’s on Thursday, June 11th. The event will begin at 6:30 pm. As usual, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will support Good Catch, the Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program.
The evening will include a four course dinner with the option of purchasing wine pairings. The menu will include:
- 1st course
- Clams from the ACE Basin, New Crop Potatoes, Cured Pork, Benne
- 2nd course
- Grilled SC Shrimp, Summer Squash, Marjoram, Anson Mills Grits
- 3rd course
- Oil Poached Mahi, Edisto Tomatoes, Carolina Gold Rice, Sumac
- 4th course
- A Seasonal Dessert featuring Local Peaches
Tickets are $65 or $100 with wine pairings (plus tax and gratuity) per person. Seating is limited. Call (843) 577-FISH (3474) to make a reservation.
