Need a Property Makeover? The DIY Network is Looking for “Desperate Landscapes” in Charleston

Published

DIY-showchip-americas-most-desperate-landscapeThe DIY Network and producers from Desperate Landscapes are searching for the ugliest front yard in America for their biggest transformation of the year.

Licensed contractor Jason Cameron has fixed up more than 150 yards during his 10-season tenure on Desperate Landscapes, but now he’s searching for America’s Most Desperate Landscape. Could that property be in Charleston? People associated with the show’s production company seem to think, because they are encouraging Holy City residents to apply.

The show is planning an “over-the-top, jaw-dropping project,” so if you have crumbling sidewalks, peeling paint, dilapidated porches, or an overgrown jungle in your yard, you could be chosen for a 2-day, $50,000 transformation!

I own the ugliest building in Helena, Montana. I use it for a catering kitchen. Isthere a chance you would be coming west to film? I would love to send you photos.
