The 2nd Annual “Folly Beach Battle of the Bags” Goes Down on 11/8
On Sunday, November 8th from 11 am until 5 pm, the 2nd annual Folly Beach Battle of the Bags cornhole tournament will be held at the Folly Beach County Park.
The event will be a double-elimination tournament, organized and run by CPA Certified Directors from BoardSpaces Cornhole company. The registration deadline is November 6th and there is a $50 fee per team. Proceeds from the registrations will go to the the Folly Angels, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the people of Folly Beach who are battling cancer.
This year’s prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place: 4 Night Vacation Rental
- 2nd Place: $250
Spectators are encouraged to attend this family-friendly event. The tournament will feature the The Immortal Lobster and Food Box food trucks, a DJ, a 50/50 raffle, face-painting, a jump castle, cornhole for the kids, and more. The event is BYOB, with all alcohol to be contained within the Pelican Watch Shelter.
