The Bar at Husk Hosts NYT Best-Selling Author for Whiskey Event
On December 16th, The Bar at Husk will host Master Sommelier and New York Times bestselling author Richard Betts for a book-signing and more.
Betts will be discussing his newest book, The Essential Scratch & Sniff Guide to Becoming a Whiskey Know-It-All: Know Your Booze Before You Choose, during two different sessions.
During each, Betts will sign copies of his work and discuss the basics to identifying the components of whiskey. Guests will then test their whiskey knowledge by embarking on a scavenger hunt challenge.
A signature cocktail, light snacks, and country ham will be served throughout each session.
Tickets are $60 per person and include a copy of the book. Tickets may be purchased by contacting Kristin Cunningham at kcunningham@ndgcharleston.com. The sessions are at 5:30 pm and 8 pm.
