Joan Baez Plays the Music Hall in March

Earlier today, the Charleston Music Hall announced that legendary folk singer Joan Baez will perform at the venue on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 Tickets go on sale this Friday.

Baez, whose career has spanned nearly 60 years, is probably best known for her performances of songs like “Diamonds & Rust,”  “Sweet Sir Galahad,” “Farewell, Angelina,” “There but for Fortune” (cover song) and many more. Several of her albums have been certified Gold by the RIAA.  She is also well known for her social activism.
