Market Street Saloon Hosts “Pass The Purse” Charity Event

This Thursday, Market Street Saloon will host a support night for Pass The Purse – The Lady to Lady Project. The bar invites guests to donate a new or gently used purse filled with the “little things” that are easily taken for granted. The project helps homeless and under-served women in the Lowcountry.

Attendees should stop by between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm an evening of networking and dancing.

Please see below for a list of suggested items to include in the purse:

• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste
• Hair Comb/Brush
• Ponytail Holders
• Nail file and Clippers
• Q-Tips or Cotton Balls
• Maxipads / Tampons / Panty Liners
• Lotion
• Deodorant
• Soap
• Washcloth
• Hygiene Wipes (diaper wipes)
• Mini Hand Sanitizer
• Hard Candy or Gum
• Inspiration Books
• Fun Small Gift
