Chefs Whiting & Zarri Bring Their Truffle & Hazelnut Dinner to 492
On Sunday, January 17th, 492 will host a special dinner prepared by Chef Nate Whiting and Italian chef Carlo Zarri. The six-course menu will showcase truffles and hazelnuts with wine pairings for each course. The dinner begins at 6 pm.
Zarri is the chef and owner of Villa San Carlo Hotel and Restaurant in the Southern Piedmont region of Italy. In January 2014, he and Chef Whiting worked together on a similar event at the latter’s former restaurant, Tristan. You can see my recap of that event here.
