Winterfest’s Snow Day Event and Ski Party Return This Weekend
The forecast for Friday, February 19th and Saturday, February 20th in Mt. Pleasant is calling for snow – and lots of it! We’re talking 25 tons!
Don’t worry, no blizzards are expected. Instead, it’s Winterfest once again bringing the fluffy, white stuff to the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina.
The festival is split into two events starting with the Friday night Après Ski & Snow Party at the Lookout Pavilion. The shindig begins at 8 pm and will run until midnight. The party is for the 21+ crowd and winter fashion is suggestion. It will feature:
- 25 Tons of Snow
- Snowboard Rail Jam
- Live DJ’s and Instruments
- Specialty Cocktails & Drink Specials
- Ice Luges & Ice Bar
- Free Giveaways
- Lounge Area & Dance Floor
Admission to the party is $10.
The night event is followed by the Snow & Sledding Day celebration on Saturday. The family-friendly fun begins at 11 am. Admission is $5 for adults, $10 for children under the age of 19, and free for kids under 3 years old. This event includes:
- Large snow play areas
- Food and refreshments
- Llive music performances
- Jump Castles
- Slides
- Climbing Wall
- Quad Bungee and other activities
