Elliotborough Mini Bar’s 4th “Jerky Off” Set for 3/26

The Elliotborough Mini Bar is ready to host the fourth “Jerky Off,” on Friday, March 26th at 6 pm.

For $10, attendees can sample as much jerky as they would like and, along with a panel of judges, vote for the evening’s best snack. Jerky will be judged on:

• Aroma
• Color
• Moisture/Texture
• Overall Flavor
• Name Creativity & Relevance
