Glass Onion Celebrates Anniversary By Offering Free Glass of HopArt
From Monday, March 14th to Saturday, March 19th, The Glass Onion will celebrate their 8th anniversary by giving away a free glass of Coast Brewing Co.’s HopArt.
The beer is sentimental to Chris and Suzanne Stewart, the Glass Onion’s owners.
“HopArt came out right around the time we opened The Glass Onion, and we just loved it,” Chris Stewart said. “We needed a way to serve it, so we went and purchased our kegerator. Today, we almost always have a Coast beer on tap.”
Throughout the week, patrons can get a free glass with any meal purchase. HopArt is an India Pale Ale that has a 7.7% ABV.
Coast Brewing Co. will be at the restaurant on Wednesday, March 16 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for a charity tasting. Select Coast beers and bites will be available for $10 per person. $5 of every ticket will benefit the Charleston Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation.
