Slow Runner Releases “New Monsters” on Vinyl
This past Friday, local indie-pop band Slow Runner released New Monsters, their fifth full-length album, on vinyl. The record is available on Hearts + Plugs, a Charleston-based label.So far, three singles from the album have been released and can be heard online via SoundCloud (click the song title to listen):
The band will be touring the southeast in early April with a Charleston release show scheduled for Saturday, April 2nd at the Pour House. Frances Cone (a Charleston native) and Hermit’s Victory (Slow Runner’s labelmate) will open the concert.
