Blue Point Brewing Company’s “Toasted Tour” Stops in Charleston on 4/30

On Saturday, April 30th, Long Island’s Blue Point Brewing Company will bring their “Toasted Tour” to The Grove at Patriots Point. The event starts at 2 pm.

The event will include:

• Celebrity Chef Demo with Hell’s Kitchen season 5 runner-up Chef Paula DaSilva

• Live Music: Vacationer and Marcus King Band

• Brewer Session: Learn how to Tap a Firkin with Blue Point Brewing Company Brewmaster Dan Jansen

• Blue Point Bingo: Fill up your Blue Point Bingo card and win prizes by competing in challenges, playing games, and sampling beers

Here’s a look at the day’s schedule:

• 2:00 pm: Live music

• 2:30 pm: “What the Firkin?” – Learn how to tap a Firkin with a Blue Point Brewmaster

• 3:30 pm: Cooking with Beer demo with Chef Paula DaSilva (Spicy Shrimp & Grits with Blue Point’s Toasted Lager)

• 4:00 pm: Live music – Marcus King Band

• 5:30 pm: Seafood and Beer Pairing with Chef Paula DaSilva (East Coast Oysters with Spicy Peach Puree, Iced Tea Mignonette and Hoppy Cocktail Sauce)

• 6:00 pm: Live music- Vacationer

Tickets are $5 and can be bought online or at the door. Admission cost includes live music, games, and a chance to win swag. The event will support The Humane Society. For more information, visit the official website.
