Crawfish For Cancer Benefit is this Saturday

This Saturday, Crawfish For Cancer will host its 2nd Annual Charleston Crawfish Boil at Palmetto Brewery. The event will run from 2 pm until 7 pm.

According to their website, Crawfish for Cancer is “committed to providing an additional fundraising option for charities that raise awareness and much needed funding for research in the fight against a currently incurable form of cancer, Multiple Myeloma.” Each year, the group hosts events in multiple U.S. cities with proceeds benefiting the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

The Charleston version of the event includes:

• Hundreds of pounds of crawfish
• Palmetto beer
• Wine
• Spirits – including the signature Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka cocktails
• Live music
