“Live at the Charleston Music Hall” Airs This Summer

This summer, South Carolina Educational Television stations will broadcast four episodes of Live at Charleston Music Hall (LCMH), a new show featuring concert performances, interviews, and scenes from the Holy City.

The half hour episodes, which are hosted by Mark Bryan of Hootie & the Blowfish, will air on Thursday, June 30th and Thursday, July 7th on eleven PBS channels. Bryan also created the show.

The first episodes will feature singer-songwriter Edwin McCain, a South Carolina native, and Grammy Award winning multi-instrumentalist, Sam Bush. The third and fourth episodes will include American Idol finalist Elise Testone and local band Stop Light Observations.

Here’s a look at the schedule:

June 30th

  • 9 pm – Episode One: Edwin McCain
  • 9:30 pm – Episode Two: Sam Bush

July 7th

  • 9 pm – Episode Three: Elise Testone
  • 9:30 pm – Episode Four: Stop Light Observations
