YALLFest Announces Authors for 2016 Festival
The sixth edition of YALLFest, a young adult book festival, will take over the Holy City on Friday and Saturday, November 11th & 12th. The event will once again feature a stacked lineup of rising stars and bestsellers participating in book signings, panels, and events.
Highlights of this year’s event include:
- Saturday: Opening keynote conversation between Victoria Aveyard (Red Queen) and Sabaa Tahir (An Ember in the Ashes)
- Eoin Colfer (Artemis Fowl) will give a featured talk in the festival’s midday spotlight
- Sunday: Authors Adam Silvera (More Happy Than Not), Nicola Yoon (Everything, Everything), and Julie Murphy (Dumplin’) will close the festival with a round table discussion on a range of topics
- Sunday: YA Smackdown featuring games, songs, and more
Keynote talks and featured events require tickets, which go on sale August 1st. Other panels and signings are free.
