The event, which was previously called the Carolina Green Fair, provides education and resources for protecting and preserving our natural environment.

Despite the name change, the Living Green Fest will feature some of the same programs and activities as in years past.

Some of this year’s highlights include:

  • Artisans
  • Bosch Community Grant Winners (2 pm)
  • Center for Birds of Prey exhibit
  • Charleston Animal Society adoptions
  • Climbing wall
  • Cooking demos by local chefs
  • Environmentall-friendly vendors
  • Exhibitors
  • KidZone & Eco-Carnival ($5 to play all day)
  • Mountain biking
  • Second annual Branch of Peace Foundation Peace Walk at 2:30 p.m.
  • Slacklining
  • SUP fitness on the lake

The Living Green Fest only costs attendees the $2 admission fee needed to get into the park (as always, gold pass members get in free).
