New Belgium’s Clips Beer & Film Tour Returns to the Holy City
“Due to the predicted path of Hurricane Matthew New Belgium’s Clips Beer & Film Tour, originally set for tomorrow, has been canceled. Our hope is the hurricane stays off shore and doesn’t impact the great city of Charleston. Good vibes sent your way. Stay safe.”

On Thursday, October 6th, New Belgium Brewing’s annual Clips Beer & Film Tour will once again take over Marion Square. The fun starts at 7:30 pm.
The event, which is in its 7th year, is a nonprofit festival that combines “handcrafted beer with handcrafted films.” Attendees will be able to watch independent films while trying samples of some rare New Belgium brews. Food trucks and vendors will also be on site.
This year’s tour will hit 16 cities and will once again see the donation of 100% of the proceeds from beer sales to local nonprofits. The Holy City’s event will once again benefit Charleston Moves, a group that provides leadership to transform Charleston into a bike and pedestrian-friendly region.
