492 to Host Master Tequila Distiller for Mexican-Inspired Dinner

On Thursday, November 17th, upper King Street restaurant 492 will host Master Distiller Germán González of T1 Tequila and Tears of Llorona for a special Mexican-inspired dinner with beverage pairings.

Here’s a look at the menu:

• First Course
  • Ceviche: Sour Orange, Coconut, Pumpkin, Avocado
• Second Course
  • Tamal: Lamb Barbacoa, Passilla, Benne
• Third Course
  • Posole Verde: Green Tomato, Hominy, Clams, Cotija
• Dessert
  • Choco Taco: Mexican Chocolate, Mole Ice Cream

The dinner will begin at 7pm and costs $75 per person (non-inclusive of tax and gratuity). Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at 843-203-6338.
