Edmund’s Oast Hosts Stephen Palahach of Maison Premiere

On Saturday, November 5th, Edmund’s Oast will host a special pop-up event featuring Stephen Palahach of Brooklyn’s Maison Premiere. The event will be held in The Bower starting at 5:30 pm.

Maison Premiere is an oyster house and cocktail bar that won this year’s James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Bar Program.

During the pop-up, Palahach will offer a special drink menu inspired by tiki classics. Some of the offerings include:

• Maison Premiere Jungle Bird
  • Blackstrap Rum, Jamaican Rum, Campari, Pineapple, Lime, Salt
• Bavarian Mai Tai
  • Jamaican Rum, Pineapple Rum, Becherovka, Curacao, Lime, Orgeat
• Jersey Jet Pilot
  • 151, Puerto Rican Rum, Apple Brandy, Falernum, Lime, Don’s Mix, Angostura, Absinthe
