Locals’ New Year’s Eve Pregame at Crooked Crown
Christmas is over and New Year’s Eve is just around the corner, so why stop celebrating now? On Thursday, December 29th, Crooked Crown on Spring Street will host the Locals’ New Year’s Eve Pregame featuring food, drinks, charity, and Holy City Sinner!
That’s right, I’ll be there to help you guys #GetCrooked for a good cause! We will be taking donations to give to CARTA to help keep their Route 20 running well into 2017. The route helps Charleston Eastside residents that may have trouble getting groceries after the Bi-Lo on Meeting Street closed a few months ago. Since Crooked Crown calls the Eastside home, they knew they wanted to help out. You can learn more about Route 20 and the “grocery desert” situation by reading/watching this report from ABC News 4.
In addition to Crooked Crown’s tasty selection of cocktail pops, there is a full bar, abd a menu featuring tamales and more. Plus, the Dashi food truck will be there to serve up their mix of Asian and Latin cuisine.
