The 9th Annual Chase After a Cure Gala is Next Month
The 9th Annual Chase After A Cure Gala is scheduled for Saturday, February 4th at 7 pm in the Gaillard Center.
The theme for this year’s black tie-optional gala is “A Kid at Heart,” and the featured performers will be Charleston singer and former American Idol contestant Quiana Parler and Friends.
The event will include a “sophisticated selection of hor d’oeuvres and entrees with a kid-inspired twist” created by Hamby Catering. Menu items include smoked barbecue chicken, pimento cheese grits, short ribs atop creamy mashed potatoes, a mac ‘n cheese bar, and a make-your-own ice cream sundae bar.

Chase After A Cure raises funds and awareness for neuroblastoma and childhood cancer as a whole. The group donates to hospitals who have a dedicated neuroblastoma research lab.
