Home Team BBQ Releases New Winter Cocktail Menu

The Home Team BBQ’s beverage director Adam Rothstein has released a new winter cocktail menu for the downtown location.

Cocktails include:

• Sweater-Vested Interest:
  • 1.5 oz. Virgil Kaine Rye
  • .5 oz. Bigallet Thym
  • .5 oz. Black Pepper Honey
  • .125 oz. Allspice Dram
  • .5 lemon
  • Shake, top with ginger beer, stain into rocks glass
• Swanky’s Sideshow
  • 1.25 oz. Plantation 5 star
  • .5 oz. Orgeat
  • .5 oz. Giffard Banane de Bresil
  • .5 Becherovka
  • 1 oz. Lime
  • 4 drops tiki bitters
  • Shake, fine strain, star anise garnish
• The Wild Rumpus
  • 1.5 oz. Altos Blanco
  • .5 oz. Aperol
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Passion fruit puree
  • .75 oz. Death Relish infused Agave
  • 4 drops Grapefruit Bitters
  • Shake, strain into Collins glass half rimmed with citrus salt
