“Top Chef” Alums to Host Benefit Dinner for MUSC Children’s Hospital
On Thursday, March 2nd, Top Chef alums Jamie Lynch and Katsuji Tanabe will partner for special dinner benefiting MUSC’s Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital. The event will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm at 5Church on Market Street.
The chefs will create a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings at $150 per person (excludes tax and gratuity). Visit www.5ChurchCharleston.com or call 843.937.8666 for reservations.
Both chefs were contestants on the most recent season of Bravo’s Top Chef. The show was predominately filmed in Charleston.
Lynch is the chef at 5Church, while Tanabe heads up Mexikosher Restaurant in Los Angeles.
