Gallop to The Steeplechase of Charleston on April 8th
A new race meet, The Steeplechase of Charleston at Stono Ferry Racetrack, will join the National Steeplechase Association’s 2017 spring racing schedule on Saturday, April 8th.
This family-friendly event will feature over 60 horses competing in six races throughout the day. There will also be a Vendor Village for shopping, food trucks, and more.
The Race Schedule Includes:
- 9 am: Gates Open
- 1 pm: First Race
- 1:30 pm: Second Race
- 2 pm: Third Race
- 2:30 pm: Fourth Race
- 3 pm: Fifth Race
- 3:30 pm: Sixth Race
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online for only $40 and children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Upgraded tickets to the VIP Spike Chalet, which is located on the start/finish line, are also available. This option includes food and beverage for $125.
Limited infield preferred parking is conveniently located inside the track and can be purchased in advance for $40 at www.steeplechaseofcharleston.
