O-Ku Rolls Out New Spring Menu
King Street’s O-Ku recently launched their new spring menu.
Some of the additions include:
- O-Ku Lobster Nigiri
- Poached lobster, truffled ginger butter, caviar, chives and Himalayan red salt
- Otoro Tartare
- Minced otoro, caviar, volcano salt, Wasabi Yuzu ponzu
- Poke
- Diced salmon, tuna, hamachi, Asian pear, seaweed salad, basil dandash
- Tataki Sarada
- Seared Togarashi rubbed tuna, arugula, pickled vegetables, citrus mignonette
- Maguro Taruto
- Crispy egg tart, green-tea avocado spuma, thinly sliced tuna, Evoo, French salt
- Supaishi Nikomi
- Spicy slow braised ribs, basil barbecue, crushed peanuts
- Miso Marinated Cod
- Marinated cod, Miso glaze, pickled vegetables
- Hotate Tataki
- Seared scallops, roasted asparagus, truffled corn purée, topped with yuzu à la crème
- Roasted Sesame Duck
- Slow roasted sesame duck, garlic-hoisin baby bok choy, mint gastrique
