O-Ku Rolls Out New Spring Menu

King Street’s O-Ku recently launched their new spring menu.

Some of the additions include:

  • O-Ku Lobster Nigiri
    • Poached lobster, truffled ginger butter, caviar, chives and Himalayan red salt
  • Otoro Tartare
    • Minced otoro, caviar, volcano salt, Wasabi Yuzu ponzu
  • Poke
    • Diced salmon, tuna, hamachi, Asian pear, seaweed salad, basil dandash
  • Tataki Sarada
    • Seared Togarashi rubbed tuna, arugula, pickled vegetables, citrus mignonette
  • Maguro Taruto
    • Crispy egg tart, green-tea avocado spuma, thinly sliced tuna, Evoo, French salt
  • Supaishi Nikomi
    • Spicy slow braised ribs, basil barbecue, crushed peanuts
  • Miso Marinated Cod
    • Marinated cod, Miso glaze, pickled vegetables
  • Hotate Tataki
    • Seared scallops, roasted asparagus, truffled corn purée, topped with yuzu à la crème
  • Roasted Sesame Duck
    • Slow roasted sesame duck, garlic-hoisin baby bok choy, mint gastrique
