During the month of May, four local Mellow Mushroom locations will offer new Gluten Free products for Celiac Awareness Month.
Options includes Gluten Free and vegan pizza crusts, gluten free burger buns, and gluten free hoagie rolls. These items are a product of SmartFlour Foods based in Austin, Texas.
