Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q Opening in Mt. Pleasant Tuesday
Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Q has announced that the Mount Pleasant location will open on Tuesday, May 23rd at 11 am. The restaurant is located at 1486 Stuart Engals Blvd.
The Mount Pleasant store will be the 38th Jim’N Nick’s restaurant to have opened since Nick Pihakis, and his late father, Jim Pihakis, opened their first location in Birmingham, Alabama in 1985.
Following the recent closing of Nick’s BBQ (part of the Jim ’N Nick’s family) on King Street, the company is excited to open a new location to continue serving barbecue to the area and provide jobs to former King Street employees.
Jim ‘N Nick’s currently has one other Charleston location, located in North Charleston. The Mount Pleasant store will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, and full service catering.
The location will open for its regular business hours from 11 am until 9:30 pm.
