First Look at King Street’s Newest Luxury Hotel Suites: 563 King
Walk Away Stays, Charleston’s premier property management company, is now accepting reservations for their newest property, situated above HoM on King Street. The boutique hotel, 563 King: Signature Apartments perfectly marries the ambiance and services of an upscale hotel with the amenities of apartment style living. The all-suite style hotel opens its doors with six two-bedroom suites, with another four opening later this summer.
All are invited for an exclusive first look of 563 King held on Wednesday, June 21st from 5 to 7 pm on the rooftop. Light hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine will be provided, and all suites will be open for tours and viewing.
“Walk Away Stays is known for a standard of offering premier properties throughout Charleston,” says Kevin High, owner of the property management company. “We are thrilled to provide our guests a space that strikes the perfect balance of luxury and comfort all with the convenience of being steps away from the best restaurants, bars and shops Charleston has to offer.”
Former guests of Walk Away Stays properties have come to expect an impeccably designed space and 563 King certainly is no exception, featuring chic architectural details like exposed brick walls and fireplace, high end finishes like granite countertops, posh furnishings and one of kind décor and artwork.
Additionally, 563 King will offer an expansive open rooftop overlooking Upper King Street, a rarity in downtown Charleston. The 1,500-square foot space is fully furnished and the ideal spot to take in the sunrise with a cup of coffee or people watch with a glass of wine.
Each of the suites provides:
- Two bedrooms (with the exception of one one-bedroom suite)
- One bathroom
- Spacious living room with large screen TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances
- One off-street parking spot
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
