Wild Dunes Resort Hosts Book Launch Party for Mary Alice Monroe
This Saturday, June 24th, Wild Dunes Resort will host the National Book Release Party for Mary Alice Monroe’s newest novel, Beach House for Rent. The event runs from 6 pm to 9 pm.
A New York Times best-selling fiction writer and Isle of Palms resident, Mary Alice will be on the resort’s North Croquet Lawn for a sunset celebration of her new novel. The event is open to Wild Dunes Resort guests, club members, and locals.
Tickets for the Book Launch Party are $55 per person (a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Audubon Society of South Carolina) and include:
- Signed, hardcover book
- Beach-themed cuisine and signature cocktails provided by Firefly
- Island music
- Raffle entry for a chance to win a two-night beach getaway to Dewees Island, SC
- Special presentation on shorebirds from the Audubon Society
