Gentry Bar Now Offers Late Night Menu Thursday through Saturday

Gentry Bar and Room now offers a late night menu created by Executive Chef Marvin Woods. The new dishes are available every Thursday through Saturday until 1 am.

Menu items include:

• Classic Burger with caramelized onions and mushrooms
• Veal Burger with peppadew peppers and smoked gouda with a key lime aioli
• Pork Burger served with a fried onion ring and Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce
• Stoney’s Shrimp Salad – Chilled shrimp tossed in a garlic aioli, eggs and celery served with water crackers
• Gentry Summer Salad – romaine, Wadmalaw corn, heirloom watermelon, prosciutto tossed in a garlic cream dressing
• Sapelo Rice Pea Salad– Good Bacon, Peas, Asparagus, Orange Vinaigrette
• Pimento Cheese Grill – with choice of adding heirloom tomatoes and bacon
• Pimento Cheese Fondue – served with smoked sausage, brown sugar caramelized toast points, pickled peppers, and house made chips for dipping.
• King Street Hot Chicken and Waffles – Fried chicken over made from scratch waffles with a spicy Gentry Bourbon maple syrup
