6th Annual HALOS Oyster Roast Scheduled for October
HALOS, an organization that helps abused and neglected children and their caregivers, will host their 6th Annual Oyster Roast on Sunday, October 8th. The fundraising event will be held from 4 pm until 7 pm at Harborside East in Mount Pleasant.
Attendees will able to a relaxing afternoon full of oysters, hotdogs, chili, beer, wine, and live entertainment. There will also be a raffle, children’s activities, wine pull, and silent auction.
Tickets include all food and beverages and are available for $35 in advance and $45 at the door. Click here to purchase tickets online.
HALOS, which was founded in 1997 by a child psychiatrist and pediatrician at the Medical University of South Carolina, provides resources and special opportunities to abused and neglected children and their caregivers through partnerships with faith-based and other community organizations.
