Edmund’s Oast Exchange Offers Weekly Beer and Wine Tastings

Starting today (8/29/17), Edmund’s Oast Exchange will offer weekly beer and wine tastings for just $5. All proceeds will benefit a different charity each quarter.

The tasting schedule is as follows:

• Old Time Tuesdays – 5:30 to 7:30 pm
  • Special beer tasting selected by Brandon Plyler
• Sarah’s Selection Thursdays – 5:30 to 7:30 pm
  • Special wine tasting selected by Sarah O’Kelley

The first wine tasting will be an introduction to the “crus” of Beaujolais, and the selected charity is Trident Literacy Association. The mission of Trident Literacy is to give a second chance to adults who did not graduate from high school. Students of the program have a chance to earn their GED and other work credentials, have opportunities for apprenticeships, and gain the confidence to be successful.
