Edmund’s Oast Exchange Offering Saturday Somm School Starting October 14th
Edmund’s Oast Exchange and Certified Sommelier 
Sarah O’Kelley will offer a series of Saturday Somm Schools starting on October 14th. The events are ideal for those who are interested in entry level wine certification.
Offered weekly from 11 to noon, the twelve-week classes will serve as a preparation for any entry level wine certification or to simply enhance any wine lover’s aptitude. Classes are $20 per person. Food and beverage industry employees can attend for $10 per person.
The first class will explore grape growing and wine making. Subsequent classes will focus on wine regions of the world. Tastings will be part of each class and blind evaluation will be taught in detail.
