Return of the Mac Off: Charleston’s Cheesiest Event Set for 11/4
The Holy City’s cheesiest event returns for its 8th go-round on Saturday, November 4th. The Charleston Mac Off, a family-friendly event featuring tons of the South’s best comfort food, live music, beer, cocktails, wine, kid’s activities, and more, will once again be held at The Grove at Patriot’s Points from 11 am to 5 pm.
In addition to the 20 different local restaurants serving up the city’s best mac-and-cheese dishes, the event will also include several artisan vendors, a craft beer garden, paint classes, crafts, and a demo kitchen featuring 3 different presentations throughout the day.
The Charleston Mac Off will also donate a portion of the proceeds from the event to Lowcountry Local First, an organization who focuses on community and doing business locally.
