Taste Some Holiday Cocktails Benefiting HALOS at The Glass Onion
Holiday cocktails will be featured during The Glass Onion’s next Charity Tasting on Wednesday, December 13th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to HALOS, a nonprofit that provides support and advocacy to abused and neglected children and kinship caregivers.
The tasting costs $10 per person with half being donated to HALOS. Patrons will receive some small bites to go along with the tasting.
Guests are also encouraged to bring in items to help children supported by HALOS. Items that are needed include: grocery store gift cards, car seats, diapers, baby wipes, and twin-size sheet sets. Tickets can now be purchased in advance here or at the door.
HALOS continues to be the only program in the tri-county that supports kinship caregivers and their families through support groups, information and referral services, respite opportunities, and home-based management.
