Rusty Bull Brewing Co. Hosts Bacon & Beer Event on 1/27
On Saturday, January 27th from 5 pm to 9 pm, North Charleston’s Rusty Bull Brewing Co. will host an event that doubles as a bacon lover’s happiest dream. “Bacon & Beer” will feature four beers paired with four bacon dishes and Bacon Weave S’mores for dessert.
Swig & Swine is partnering with Cowboy Cauldrons to make the decadent dessert, which is essentially gooey marshmallow and decadent chocolate inside thick, juicy pieces of bacon woven together.
Three of Rusty Bull’s beers will be paired with bacon dishes from Swig & Swine’s Mobile Kitchen, while their Over Board’d Maple Bacon Stout will be paired with Glazed Gourmet Doughnut’s Boozy Maple Bacon Doughnut.
Guests can enjoy all these pairings for $25 or enjoy them a la carte. The event is free and open to the public.
