Short Grain Brings “Ramen With Friends” to The Darling Oyster Bar on Monday

A week after bringing his “Ramen with Friends” event to Edmund’s Oast, Chef Shuai Wang of Short Grain will bring the series to The Darling Oyster Bar.
Chef Wang will join The Darling’s executive chef Joe DiMaio in the kitchen where the team will create a menu of specialty dishes such as lobster and crab mazemen, shrimp ramen, clam and pork belly ramen, and crab and uni fritters.
Entry is free with dish prices ranging from $7 -$15. The special menu will be available on Monday, January 29th from 4 pm until they run out.
