Free eWaste Roundup and Shred Event on Saturday
Palmetto Goodwill is teaming up with Charleston Radio Group and Shred360 for a FREE eWaste Roundup and Shred Event on Saturday, March 24th from 11 am – 2 pm.
At this free event you can safely dispose of unwanted computer equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, keyboards, cords, notebooks, game consoles, wires/cables AND sensitive documents. Flat screen TVs are also accepted, but televisions with Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT) will NOT be accepted. All items will be recycled and/or disposed of in a secure and environmentally safe manner.
The eWaste Roundup and Shred Event will take place at the Palmetto Goodwill Computer Works Store, located at 6813 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. Charleston Radio Group will be on hand with various promotions, while Shred360 and Goodwill’s Computer Works staff will be collecting your eWaste and any documents that require shredding. Make plans to stop by THIS Saturday from 11 am – 2 pm.
