Donation To Cover Admission for all Veterans to Patriots Point on Veterans Day Weekend
A $10,000 donation to the USS Yorktown Foundation from the SunTrust Foundation will cover the cost of admission to Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum for all veterans on Veterans Day Weekend – November 10th and 11th.
SunTrust Foundation has given more than $40,000 in support of veterans at Patriots Point since 2015. In March, the foundation covered the cost for more than 300 Vietnam veterans to attend the museum’s Vietnam Veterans Day offerings.
Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum is an official Regional Site for the observance of Veterans Day.
