9th Annual Southeastern Beard & Moustache Championship Returns This Weekend
The 9th Annual Southeastern Beard & Moustache Championships are being held this Saturday at the Music Farm at 8 pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit Big Brothers & Big Sisters of the Lowcountry, an organization that provides a positive adult role model to a child between the ages of 6 and 15.
Contestants will compete for awards in numerous categories, including a “ladies artificial” division. It should be another wild weekend with some incredible facial hair! If you’d like to compete, click here for further information.

This year’s event is once again a full weekend extravaganza. There is a “Welcome to Chucktown Party” on Friday night, BBQ lunch Saturday afternoon, the Championships on Saturday night, and a “Morning After” Brunch on Sunday. Click here to see the full schedule.
The event is presented by the The Holy City Beard & Moustache Society, which was founded in 2007.
