Watch Rodney Scott’s Appearance on Bon Appétit Web Series

Bon Appétit’s test kitchen manager Brad Leon recently filmed an episode of his web series, “It’s Alive with Brad,” at Rodney Scott’s BBQ in downtown Charleston. Leon learned all about whole-hog barbecue from the man himself – pitmaster Rodney Scott.
