Gaillard Center Launches New Palmer Club
The Charleston Gaillard Center recently announced the creation of the Palmer Club, a membership-based network of young community leaders. In celebration group’s launch, the venue will host a party on Thursday, June 21st from 5 pm to 7 pm on the Gaillard Center terrace.
The Palmer Club launch party will include live music by local artists Zoe Child and Becca Smith, specialty cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.
Named for former Mayor John Palmer Gaillard, Jr., namesake of the current Charleston Gaillard Center, the Palmer Club engages young community leaders within the arts through a selection of exclusive programs and events, private behind-the-scenes tours, and receptions. Palmer Club members have the opportunity to meet and network with others who are passionate about the arts. During this inaugural year, Palmer Club membership is $99 per year for a single membership and $198 per year for a dual membership. Members enjoy monthly special events during the 2018-2019 season.
