Leftovers: Tidbits from the Food & Bev Community (6/24/18)

I created the “Leftovers” series to ensure I could share as much food and bev news as possible, so here’s the latest:

1. On Tuesday, July 3rd, the Bay Street Biergarten will host Red, White & Booze Trivia starting at 7:30 pm. The questions will focus on American History and 4th of July facts. You could win house cash. Click here for info.

2. Michael Sichel has been appointed as executive chef of Hotel Bennett’s signature restaurant, which is scheduled to open this fall. Sichel has over 25 years of restaurant experience and international culinary training, and most recently served for seven years as executive chef at the iconic New Orleans fine-dining establishment Galatoire’s and its sister restaurant Galatoire’s 33 Bar & Steak.

3. Join the Rusty Bull Brewing Co. on Wednesday, June 27th for Rusty Bull Beer Bingo. Prizes include free beer, a Rusty Bull t-shirt, and a gift card. Click here for details.

6. Summer is in the air and Wasabi of Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island will be hosting live music on their outdoor patio.
