Leftovers: Tidbits from the Food & Bev Community (7/23/18)

I created the “Leftovers” series to ensure I could share as much food and bev news as possible, so here’s the latest:

1. The Verde team is elated to announce the fast-casual eatery has expanded from King Street to the Queen City, with doors to its Ballantyne neighborhood location slated to open this month. The South Charlotte location marks the restaurant family’s fifth location to open within seven years and the first to open in North Carolina. 2. On August 2nd, Indaco will celebrate its 5th Anniversary with three courses for $35. They’ll also be offering $5 Negronis, Peronis, and Spritzes. Click here for more info.

3. On 7/27, Bay Street Biergarten will host a Fashion Show With Purpose. All proceeds from frozen drink buckets and raffles will be donated to With Purpose, which raises money to fight pediatric cancer. This show will be featuring Azure Swimwear and DJ Justyn Redd. Click here for more info.
