The Restoration to Host “Secret Ingredient Dinner” Thursday
On Thursday, August 9th, The Restoration will host the Secret Ingredient Dinner from 6 pm to 8 pm. The event will include a four-course dinner with beverage pairing in the Exchange Suite.Chef Jordan Moore has created the following menu that will “keep you guessing until the last course.”
1st Course
Smokey Field Pea Hummus, Pickled Ham Hock, Pork Rinds
2nd Course
Holy City Farms Tomato Gazpacho, Bloody Mary Fixins
3rd Course
Pastrami Crab on Marble Rye
4th Course
Roasted Beef Loin, Summer Veggies, “White Worcestershire”
Dessert
Pretzel S’mores Cake
Guests will the following allergies/dietary restrictions should avoid ticket purchase: Gluten Free, Soy Products, Vegan/Vegetarian Derivative, Onion/Garlic, Pork and Seafood.
