Minneapolis-based Butcher & the Boar To Open Mt. Pleasant Location this Fall
This fall, Minneapolis-based Butcher & the Boar will expand to the south as they open a modern steakhouse at 730 Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant. The restaurant will pay homage to meat and game, with a strong focus on in-house butchering.
Executive chef Tommy Begnaud will utilize local, seasonal ingredients to create large shareable dishes. The meat-heavy offerings will be complemented by local seafood dishes, seasonal salads, sides, and a dessert menu. You can see their Minneapolis location’s menu here.
Butcher & the Boar’s new location will be 12,000 sq. ft. and includes a lounge and bar, private event spaces, a dog-friendly patio where guests can enjoy a separate, more casual menu of sausages, brats, sandwiches, and snacks.
The original Butcher & the Boar has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Steakhouses in America (OpenTable) and one of the Best Bourbon Bars in America (GoBourbon.com).
